On this page, you’ll learn HOW to deal with those Seller leads.
Want to know how to handle those PI Sheets the VAs send you? Need to know where to get them and what to DO with them once you get them?
That’s what you’ll learn here!
I put this page up for you to learn how to handle these things, just in case no one has told you what you need to know.
You should know that you also have other articles on this site to help you with understanding how this whole flow should go, you know?
Here’s one: The Five Steps Of How We Buy Houses
I’m also including a recently recorded video by Ron & his peeps at Global. They’ll show you how to get those leads that the VAs send you from their seller calls. It’s below.
Let’s start with the main idea, and it is this: Either YOU call those home sellers and fill out the PI sheet yourself OR you send possible prospects of people with homes to sell over to your VA, and have them call them. Or you have them “Source” (meaning find) the leads for you, then call them for you. After that, they’ll fill out the PI sheet and send it to you.
TIP: If you want to have your VA time last longer, you’ll send the leads to the VAs and just have them make the calls for you.
If you just don’t have the time or inclination to do that, then just have them do everything for you. But since they’re doing more work for you, they’ll burn through your hours a lot faster. Just something to keep in mind.
How To Get the PI Sheets That the VAs Fill Out:
Your VA will NOT email them to you. You’ll have to login to your DREAMS site to get them.
And in order to learn how to do that, I’m including this tutorial video…
How To Get Your PI Sheets That the VAs Collect For You:
That should help get you started.
