Update: Around the 19-minute mark of the call, we briefly discuss Transactional Funds. While meeting with Ron this week, he said he is no longer offering transactional funding for deals. Therefore, it is vital to find those Private Lenders! Let me know if you have questions.
Although we had originally intended to go for at least ONE hour, we wound up going for TWO hours!! The time really flew by, and I was amazed at how many people stayed on the call for the entire time.
