With this powerful new tool I’ve just developed for your benefit, writing those offer contracts will now be fast and easy for you! It’s almost like I’m sitting down with you and personally guiding you through the process of filling out the essential contract we use: The Purchase and Sales Agreement… Enjoy!

You’ll notice that I’ve already set a few things up to automatically fill out/suggest certain default entries here. This will help simply things and make it faster & easier to complete. Finally, I’ve designed this tool to not only be easy to use, but also virtually COACH you through the process of contract completion with the eventual intention of making you confident when you fill out contracts on your own. The form is numbered after the paragraphs on our Purchase and Sales Agreement.
Certain sections will appear/not appear, depending on the choices you make.
After you’ve filled everything out and clicked the ‘Generate Contract’ button on the bottom,
This page will refresh, and you’ll be able to download the agreement as a PDF below.
Download either the 8.5″x14″ (Legal sized) or 8.5″x11″ (Regular sized) paper sizes.

Hey Tony, it looks great. Recommend you include a real good filled out contract in PDF format as an example with all the bells and whistles. Then talk to the numbers of section of when and when not to use. I think you’re tempting me to become a permanent member.HA!! HA!! Thanks. Good Job!
